Provide administrative support to Assistant State's Attorneys in Juvenile Justice and Child Protection: receive and enter case documents into JUSTICE NEXUS, prepare subpoenas and correspondence, manage case files in NICE and SharePoint, scan and process closed cases per destruction policy, assist reception and overnight call coverage, and handle confidential information.

Research, evaluate, and write accurate, concise listings for high-end consignment furniture and estate items. Tag attributes, assemble sale lots, coordinate with photographers, apply auction/legal disclaimers, minimize returns through correct identification, and collaborate with teams to meet KPIs and production schedules.
