The Senior Financial Analyst will support strategic decision-making through data analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder collaboration, managing KPIs and cost centers while ensuring data accuracy and process improvements.

Create and maintain branded visual assets for digital and print, including infographics, videos, motion graphics, and templates. Leverage generative AI to accelerate workflows, manage digital asset libraries, prepare files for production, and translate technical data into executive-level visuals for internal and external communications.

Build and maintain dbt models and SQL transformations to create analytics-ready datasets, implement tests and documentation, and govern metric definitions. Design Power BI reports and dashboards, improve self-service analytics, maintain CI/CD for dbt deployments, and collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, lineage, and scalable architecture.

Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, team members, and client families: answer phones, schedule, proof correspondence, perform data entry, manage accounts and inventory, handle permitting and documentation, maintain office areas, and participate in financial and administrative processes.

Manage branch operations to ensure safety, service quality, and process compliance. Support Branch Manager on financial goals, staffing, training, performance management, fleet and rental operations, and customer communication. Optimize processes, oversee daily workflows, and be available for emergency customer or facility needs.

Manage day-to-day community engagement across major social platforms, respond to comments and DMs in brand voice, publish content via Nectar Social, monitor social listening and sentiment, surface insights and trends, support reporting, escalate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve consumer experience and campaign execution.

Build, scale, and monitor end-to-end data pipelines and infrastructure powering AI products; implement reporting solutions; optimize data models and queries; mentor teammates and support ML model productionization.

Sell and consult on Galpin's vehicle portfolio, guide customers through purchase or lease processes, provide product expertise, complete paperwork and vehicle delivery, and build lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

Lead technical accounting and financial reporting including US GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosures, and SOX framework. Interpret FASB/SEC pronouncements, manage external audits, support IPO readiness and special projects, oversee non-revenue accounting areas (leases, internal-use software, investments, FX), drive process automation and AI adoption, and manage a small technical accounting team to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

Perform Mass Save home energy assessments: model homes in energy-efficiency software, diagnose usage issues, recommend measures (insulation, LED, HVAC), initiate sales and secure contracts, install small energy-saving devices, complete paperwork, provide customer education, and collaborate internally. Field-based role with paid training and travel required.
