The Fund Operations Analyst supports fund operations including oversight of service providers, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and assisting with regulatory filings and reporting.

Partner with AEs and marketing to run multi-channel, account-based campaigns, conduct discovery, and continuously optimize outreach to exceed meeting and pipeline targets.

Drive enterprise prospecting and pipeline for the U.S. sales team by executing strategic outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video). Qualify leads, engage senior tax and finance stakeholders, collaborate with AEs and Marketing, use intent and AI tools to personalize messaging, and shape outbound playbooks. Influence U.S. GTM strategy as an early hire with progression into senior sales or AE roles.

Manage and grow organizational partner relationships to drive leads and product adoption. Coordinate partner marketing, enable sales with partner-related materials, assist finance with partner reporting, collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, customer success), and identify and onboard new partnership opportunities to enhance ParentSquare usage.

Create and implement high-quality VFX assets and systems for games, collaborating with team members and troubleshooting performance issues.
