Provides enterprise desk-side and technical support for computers, applications, networks, mobile devices, printers, phones, and other peripherals. Responsibilities include hardware and software installation, imaging, troubleshooting, repairs, system upgrades, security procedures, onboarding, incident and change management, ITSM documentation, customer communication, knowledge-base development, and support-service improvements.
