Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to embed security into products and AWS cloud architecture. Establish engineering standards for lineage, provenance, lifecycle management, privacy, HIPAA, and auditability. Hire and manage high-performing teams, influence cross-functional architecture decisions, and evaluate data platform vendors and tools.

Manage government proposals, contracts, grants, compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, fund tracking, and audit documentation. Leads customer implementation pods from contract signature through deployment and post-implementation support. Manages 6–8 concurrent software projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, dependencies, communications, and status reporting. Uses internal dashboards to demonstrate customer ROI and monitor product health. The role requires enterprise client-facing experience, technical implementation expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong organizational and communication skills. It is based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City with 2–3 in-office days weekly and minimal occasional travel.

Generate and nurture leads among large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies through strategic research, networking, and tailored outreach. Identify target-company needs and decision-makers, communicate Riskified’s fraud and payments technology value, and contribute directly to revenue growth in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.

Serve as a senior technical partner to Enterprise customers by designing, building, troubleshooting, and improving reliable automations. Lead architecture reviews, technical account planning, executive conversations, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, and growth while representing customer needs to Product and Engineering.
