The Architect II - Solutions oversees the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and integrate seamlessly within existing architectures. They provide technical leadership and engage with stakeholders to align architectural vision with strategic objectives, while also ensuring governance and standards compliance.

Serve as primary contact for new and existing customers, providing white-glove support for account opening, funding, access issues, and product guidance. Build rapport, troubleshoot complex issues, document interactions, collaborate internally, and obtain required FINRA/state licenses within the timeline to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Design and build a scalable partner integration platform, lead full-stack development (frontend and backend), collaborate with product and vendors, mentor engineers, and deliver robust, tested customer-facing features integrating third-party data APIs and SDKs.

Lead a fully remote team of 25+ Medicare telesales agents to convert high-volume inbound calls into enrollments across Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Part D, vision, and dental products. Provide real-time coaching, monitor conversion and talk-time metrics, manage scheduling across 8am–8pm EST, ensure CMS compliance, partner with Quality/Compliance/WFM, and drive performance during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Lead go-to-market and direct/indirect sales to health plans, TPAs, and strategic partners. Own strategy, close complex reseller and embedded deals, manage cross-functional stakeholder sales cycles, inform product roadmap, and meet/exceed revenue and pipeline targets.

Deliver and configure Adobe Workfront solutions for enterprise clients: administer environments, build dashboards/reports/forms/workflows, implement automations and integrations, ensure data governance and security compliance, optimize instances, and provide client-facing enablement and documentation to support billable engagements.

Lead strategy and performance for Chewy's homepage, deals, and high-impact merchandising programs. Define goals, experimentation, personalization, and reporting frameworks; partner cross-functionally and develop a team of Program Managers to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Provide high-touch onboarding and operational support to insurance agents via email, calls, and video walkthroughs. Manage carrier contracting queues, coordinate workflows between agents and carriers, troubleshoot platform issues, escalate operational problems, and identify process improvements. Must be fluent in Spanish and work hybrid in Denver with initial full-time in-person onboarding.
