Executive leader responsible for building and scaling Career Connect, a workforce solutions business. Owns growth strategy, employer partnerships, revenue generation, pilot launches, learner solution design, placement outcomes, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery. Builds and leads sales, solutions design, and delivery teams while establishing repeatable workforce programs across high-demand industries. Success is measured through employer acquisition, revenue, placements, learner outcomes, satisfaction, and sustainable business integration.

Leads Strategic and Growth Customer Success teams serving post-acute and outpatient facilities. Responsibilities include improving retention, reducing churn, driving expansion, developing account strategies and playbooks, coaching CSMs, forecasting capacity, analyzing customer health and market data, managing escalations, and representing customer insights to Product and executive leadership. Acts as a subsystem subject matter expert, collaborates with suppliers, removes project roadblocks, develops technology strategies, and drives reliable, traceable test acceptance criteria. Requires strong technical, analytical, communication, collaboration, project execution, and problem-solving skills.

Supports sales operations through order processing, billing, contract administration, reporting, and customer, vendor, and supplier communication. Responsibilities include handling change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, sales order billing, and resolving customer issues. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct research and algorithm development for federally funded multi-agent autonomy projects. Develop estimation, control, machine-learning, communication, and belief-management methods for agents operating under uncertainty and adversarial interference. Build reproducible POMDP and Dec-POMDP simulation environments, integrate computational components, evaluate methods through experiments, maintain research software and benchmarks, prepare publications and technical reports, and coordinate project activities with faculty and research personnel.

Supports Tier 1 help desk requests, reporting, data validation, documentation, testing, and process improvements. The role assists with automations, maintains Teams knowledge content, and collaborates with senior analysts and developers while learning Power BI, Power Apps, Azure, and ARES capabilities. Responsibilities include identifying workflow inefficiencies, following up on assigned tasks, escalating issues, and supporting the transition from BusinessObjects to ARES.

Designs, builds, and delivers training programs for property management teams; creates materials, runs workshops (in-person and virtual), tracks learner progress, ensures compliance, collaborates with department leaders, and travels regionally (30–40%) to implement and evaluate learning initiatives.

Provides Workday HCM data conversion consulting across implementation and post-production projects. Responsibilities include designing, validating, and deploying conversion and reporting solutions; advising clients through configuration, testing, and production; coordinating with engagement teams; supporting sales demonstrations; and maintaining Workday expertise. Requires Workday HCM and Data Conversion Services certifications, implementation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Workday loading tools.
