Maintain databases, organize documents, generate reports, perform QA/QC of project data, track milestones, assist with client deliverables, and support process improvements to increase project efficiency.

Provide front-office support at a Caliber Collision service center: train and equip teammates, perform payroll and HR administration, manage accounts receivable/payable and cash handling, enforce standard operating procedures, and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide 24/7 middleware administration and support for enterprise web applications: install, configure, monitor, tune performance, build RPMs on Linux, perform root-cause analysis, resolve tickets, build environments, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Handle 30–35 inbound post-sales calls and chats daily, resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and deliver high-quality service. Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, report website and process issues through ServiceNow, identify revenue opportunities, meet call and schedule metrics, participate in team trainings, and complete monthly brand sales training. This is a fully remote, full-time role with evening and weekend shifts commonly expected.
