Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, manage scope, budget, timeline and global teams, enforce PMO governance, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive delivery quality across integrations, data migration, and project artifacts.

Partner with sales to design and deliver IAM/IGA solutions and custom demos/POCs. Manage and develop District Sales Managers, build OEM and fleet industry relationships, travel regionally, attend industry conferences, and coordinate handoff of new clients to Client Growth while upselling during the onboarding period.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide training and onboarding. Manage training staff, budgets, logistics, national franchise trainings, trainer performance, and training ROI. Develop materials, schedules, and partner with departments to support organizational growth and events.

Work with ~30-40 franchisees to improve center profitability via visits, local meetings, trainings, action and marketing plans, compliance oversight, and regular coaching. Requires ~30% overnight travel and attendance at corporate training.
