Own and execute the contractor-facing roadmap for 360Finance. Lead product discovery, PRDs, A/B testing, analytics instrumentation (Heap), AI prototyping, and cross-functional delivery to increase contractor adoption and signed finance documents.

Manage special-handling past-due commercial accounts including disputes, fraud, and bankruptcy. Investigate cases end-to-end, communicate with merchants and partners, log bank-compliant documentation, prepare collection notices, and keep accounts audit-ready while supporting broader collections tasks.

Manage a book of laundromat accounts, drive product adoption and revenue through upsells and feature implementation, conduct lifecycle check-ins, support onboarding handoffs, funnel client feedback to product, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers transact via the Cents POS platform.

Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher partners within the companys real-time performance acquisition platform. Manage full contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining contracts. Process and QA/QC LiDAR point clouds and derivative products (DEMs, DTMs, TINs, contours); coordinate surveys; develop and optimize LiDAR SOPs, metadata, and technical reports; train staff and support client technical communications.
