The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager will lead enterprise sales cycles, focusing on platform and API-driven solutions, while engaging with stakeholders and managing complex decision processes across multiple teams.

Manage a $100M+ vehicle portfolio across Central/West territory, optimize resale decisioning and pricing, oversee operational workflow at auction locations, train auction staff, inspect vehicles, analyze market data, and travel frequently to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

Own and execute internal communications programs: manage Axios HQ newsletters, maintain intranet content and experience, support leadership communications and presentations, analyze engagement and improve channels, partner cross-functionally, support merger integration, and help grow and mentor the internal communications function.

Support and improve firmwide CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint) data quality, lead CRM projects, troubleshoot system and data issues, provide user support and training, manage imports/exports and reporting, and partner with marketing, BD, and operations to optimize workflows and adoption.
