Optimize Greenhouse workflows, reporting, recruiting analytics, and funnel efficiency. Develop sourcing strategies, strengthen talent pipelines and referrals, improve structured and inclusive interviewing, and deliver a consistent candidate experience. The role also supports broader People Team projects and requires approximately 5% travel.
