Senior Accountant responsible for general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll support, accounts receivable, automation of Excel/billing databases, coordination and supervision of accounting staff, working with outside CPA firms for audits, and producing ad-hoc and recurring reports to support firm leadership and partners.

Partner with the Managing Director to support portfolio company initiatives, CEO/Board projects, operational improvements, process standardization, market research, and firm-wide data/analytics to drive performance and support investment theses.

Design, build, and deploy scalable distributed deep learning pipelines and infrastructure. Optimize hardware utilization, profile and benchmark training, manage large datasets, and enable reproducible ML workflows in cloud environments. Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to align pipelines with research goals and drive performance, reliability, and operational best practices for large-scale model development.

The role involves enhancing and maintaining the Zwift Companion mobile app, designing features, managing integrations, and mentoring team members while ensuring software engineering best practices.

Make high-volume outbound calls to coaches and team managers to educate and secure hotel bookings through preferred partners. Track outreach and bookings in the CRM, follow up persistently, answer basic reservation questions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with the Travel team to improve conversion.

Support global People operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance (I-9/E-Verify), interview coordination, HR documentation, and process improvements to deliver seamless employee experiences.
