The Client Experience Manager leads the Client Services team at RBVH, enhancing the client journey and ensuring exceptional care for pet owners through effective communication, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Division of Academic Affairs, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and minutes preparation, budget and purchasing tracking, records and database maintenance, report generation, office management, and support for faculty, students, and senior leaders.

Manage end-to-end payroll for 21 restaurant locations and corporate staff across multiple states; supervise two payroll specialists; ensure timely, compliant payroll processing, tax filings, reconciliations, audits, and system implementations. Coordinate with HR, AP, and Controller on benefits, garnishments, GL interfaces, and payroll inquiries while improving processes and maintaining confidentiality.

Assist the Community Director with financial and operational property management tasks including rent collection, bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank deposits, account reconciliations, tenant communications, lease enforcement and evictions, move-outs, resident relations, occasional leasing support, and using property management software to record and report community financials.

Maintain and secure network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs), monitor and respond to incidents, enforce access controls, support compliance (CMMC/NIST), perform patching and backups, provide tier-2/3 support, and design network architecture. Approximately 15% of time supporting A/V network integration and AV-over-IP systems.
