Provide friendly, sales-focused client service for ear-piercing and jewelry shoppers; educate clients, support piercing procedures, maintain studio cleanliness and sterility, manage inventory and studio technology, restock supplies, and help improve store processes to ensure a celebratory client experience. Lead and build the end-to-end AI/ML layer for accounts payable: architect production agentic systems, own model lifecycle, set roadmap and quality standards, implement evals/observability, manage and grow a distributed Data/ML team, and partner cross-functionally to deploy reliable, performant AI products.

Drive territory growth by identifying new customers, managing accounts, and providing technical fluid-connector solutions. Conduct daily on-site sales, support store operations, cultivate relationships with engineering/maintenance/accounting teams, participate in regional events, and maintain accurate call reports and expense tracking.

Support the Controller by overseeing daily general ledger operations, leading month-end close, reviewing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, maintaining fixed assets, assisting audits and tax filings, supervising accounting staff, and improving internal controls and processes.

Prospect and manage customers in an assigned territory, call provided and self-generated leads, sell vehicle transport services, negotiate with shippers and carriers, ensure daily shipments run smoothly, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, and deliver strong customer service to build repeat business and commission income.

Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push) using Braze/Customer.io, code personalized messages with HTML/CSS/Liquid, build segments with SQL/Tableau, monitor deliverability, integrate and troubleshoot APIs, and improve operational workflows through cross-functional collaboration and testing.

Research and resolve held orders by identifying causes (missing prescription, prior authorization, AOB, deceased/nursing home), escalate or route to appropriate teams, document findings in the system, notify IT for system issues, submit reports, and assist with process improvement projects.

Provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Account Development and Sales team, coordinating meetings, travel, records management, reports, vendor invoicing, and departmental communications. Reviews and reconciles data, prepares presentations and meeting materials, handles confidential information, and may lead or supervise other administrative staff while supporting department finances and special projects.

Lead enterprise master data governance and quality across Customer, Material, Vendor, Product, and Business Partner domains. Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap; manage and mentor a team of Master Data Analysts and Stewards; act as SAP MDG/S4HANA subject-matter expert; drive data quality KPIs, automation, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change to embed data stewardship and enable digital transformation.

Supervise and develop an Export Trade Compliance team, implement and audit export compliance programs, partner cross-functionally, monitor performance metrics, lead improvements, and provide coaching and training to ensure regulatory and company policy adherence.
