Support international marketing operations by coordinating campaigns, managing digital assets, localizing materials, onboarding social accounts, maintaining calendars and trackers, compiling performance results, and liaising between the Global Support Center and field marketing teams.

Lead and build Mosaic's marketing function: define product positioning and messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, produce content and SEO-driven growth, own digital presence and website, partner with Sales and Product to generate pipeline and customer advocacy, and measure marketing performance to drive adoption and retention.

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on AI infrastructure, cloud and HPC strategy. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and infrastructure investments, support technical due diligence for partnerships and M&A, develop executive presentations and decision frameworks, and advise on governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory trends. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business priorities into actionable technology strategies and assess risks, scalability, and long-term operational economics.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, payroll processing, guest billing support, vendor communication, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and assist Controller with month-end close while maintaining organized records and supporting property teams.

Provide senior legal advice on U.S. export controls (EAR/ITAR), manage and build the companys export control program, support classification/licensing/recordkeeping, lead export compliance operations and team, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, conduct risk assessments, and represent the company before government agencies.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates; write postings; run assessments, reference and background/DOJ checks; develop hiring strategies, university relations, and referral programs; train hiring managers; manage metrics and third-party recruiters; support onboarding and new hire orientation; represent employer externally and maintain recruiting presence on social platforms.

Support the full operational lifecycle of consumer secured and unsecured loans from origination through post-closing. Perform loan booking, funding, post-closing review, title and lien perfection, documentation audits, and regulatory compliance checks. Act as liaison between lenders and back-office teams, develop training, assist with loan reporting and audit support, and serve as backup for commercial/real estate loan processing.
