Owns the functionality, configuration, architecture, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing performance of the NetSuite financial platform. Lead and build BROADMIND's operations: create scalable processes, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data to guide decisions, negotiate contracts, identify growth and partnership opportunities, and shape company culture while working closely with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, zero-to-one environment.

Manages purchasing activities from requisition through delivery, including supplier evaluation, bidding, negotiation, cost control, inventory optimization, logistics, and order documentation. Partners with strategic sourcing and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives.
