We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Education Program Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Education Manager to support our full-year programs, courses, private lessons, and online classes. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive, seamless experience for both our faculty and our student body. You will be the administrative backbone of our educational programs and the ultimate champion of our musical community by celebrating the artistic achievements of our students and teachers.

Operations, CRM & Scheduling Support

  • Manage teacher bookings and coordinate scheduling adjustments for courses and programs.
  • Coordinate private lesson bookings for new and returning students, optimizing schedule efficiency.
  • Maintain teacher binders, ensuring all lesson plans, curriculum resources, and student rosters are accurate.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts quickly to maintain a smooth daily operation for online and in-person classes.
  • Update student records and communication logs daily

Community Engagement & Spotlight Marketing

  • Highlight student accomplishments by gathering stories about their latest music releases, upcoming gigs, and creative milestones.
  • Spotlight faculty achievements showcasing teacher performances, external projects, and professional teaching milestones.
  • Create community content in collaboration with marketing to feature these student and teacher spotlights across newsletters, social media, or school bulletin boards.
  • Foster a welcoming environment, acting as a supportive point of contact to ensure a positive school experience.

Front Desk & Client Relations

  • Greet and interface with students, parents, and guests warmly as they arrive for in-person classes.
  • Answer phone inquiries and route calls efficiently to the correct department.
  • Manage the education inbox, responding to student and parent emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and organized environment.
