The Product Support Specialist provides technical expertise and customer support by processing orders, updating CRM/ERP systems, and resolving customer inquiries.

Lead e-commerce strategy and execution across DTC and marketplace channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart). Own acquisition, retention, channel management, analytics, reporting, and experimentation to drive LTV, CAC, conversion, and profitability. Build and lead the consumer marketing team and partner cross-functionally to optimize product listings, on-site experience, and marketing performance.

Manage full-cycle AR/AP, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close. Source and solicit commercial banking products, achieve loan and non-interest income goals, manage and grow client relationships, structure loans per credit policy, collaborate with credit and product partners, and represent the bank in the community.

Provide administrative and clerical support to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, IT, Facilities, QA and other departments. Perform typing and document preparation, use Microsoft 365 apps, coordinate logistics, assist with client-facing communications, and support emergency after-hours needs. Bilingual candidates and reliable transportation are desirable.

Lead planning and operational delivery for Extended National Team programs (Beach Soccer, Futsal, Disability). Oversee camps, talent ID, performance environments, onboarding, events, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to standardize protocols and support coaches and staff.
