Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, lead generation, discovery calls, product demonstrations, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing new customers. The role also develops sales messaging, processes, and new market strategies while tracking activity in the CRM. Success requires consistently meeting quotas, translating customer research and data needs into product value, and working independently in a fully remote small-company environment.

Owns quality for custom machined components in a high-mix, low-volume job shop, from drawing review and risk assessment through inspection and shipment. Responsibilities include inspection planning, GD&T and documentation review, root-cause analysis, CAPA, containment, MRB disposition, nonconformance management, calibration awareness, customer complaint resolution, and data-driven continuous improvement using ERP and quality metrics.
