Leads Virbac’s North America People Strategy and oversees HRBP, talent acquisition, rewards and benefits, HRIS, compliance, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. Partners with executives on organizational design, transformation, culture, succession, and leadership development. Directs HR compliance, investigations, labor relations, and total rewards programs while modernizing legacy ADP HRIS and payroll systems. The role drives scalable HR operations, talent retention, workforce growth, and business performance across corporate and plant environments.
