Build and run the full recruiting function: source outbound and inbound candidates, run end-to-end hiring loops for diverse roles (esp. senior AI-native product engineers), own ATS (Ashby), design processes and scorecards, hire ~20 people over 18 months, and eventually build your own talent team while working closely with founders.

Lead and manage daily school operations including finance, facilities, health/compliance, purchasing, student services (meals, transportation, enrollment), office administration, events, and vendor relationships. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain student records, coordinate drills and screenings, supervise operations staff, and collaborate with school and network leadership to implement policies and support school-wide initiatives.

Design, analyze, build, and test high-performance turbomachinery for liquid rocket engines. Perform 1-D sizing, detailed flowpath and structural analyses for inducers, impellers, turbines, seals, bearings, and coolant paths. Collaborate with design, build, and test teams to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and successful turbopump production and testing.

Provide administrative billing support for the firm's IP practice: manage time capture, review and process client bills, verify rates and work codes, research and resolve discrepancies, coordinate e-billing and vendor invoices, assist collections and client communications, and maintain billing records and reports.
