Manage assigned employee benefits accounts, perform financial analysis and renewals, negotiate with carriers, prepare marketing and benefit exhibits, coach account managers, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ACA), and pursue retention and new business opportunities.

Handle online leads and consultatively sell new and used vehicles, conduct vehicle demonstrations, follow up with buyers to build referrals, develop product knowledge, meet sales objectives, and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Provide administrative and project support: schedule and set up projects, prepare correspondence and reports, research codes and submit plans, maintain files and CRM/Deltek database, greet clients, handle mail/shipments, and use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for document management.

Lead aquatics operations, staff recruitment, training, and program development while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, budget management, and community engagement. Oversee certifications, emergency preparedness, maintenance, and member experience to grow high-quality swim programs.

Develop and maintain product specifications for commercial projects, collaborate with architects/designers and sales teams, provide technical product information and support project bidding and specification processes.
