Develops commercial B2B flooring accounts and territories through prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, marketing, site inspections, proposals, and material demonstrations. Sells installed polished concrete, epoxy, resinous, and related flooring systems to commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Requires strong qualifying, closing, territory management, account development, and customer communication skills, along with occasional overnight travel and a valid driver’s license.

Leads financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, treasury, audit, compliance, risk management, and revenue-cycle oversight for a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Advises the CEO and Board, develops financial models, manages liquidity and investments, strengthens internal controls, and evaluates programs and strategic opportunities. Supervises and develops the finance and accounting team while partnering with organizational leaders to improve sustainability, financial accountability, and operational performance.

Support employer branding and work effectively in a hybrid corporate environment.

Manages HR service delivery and partners with leadership on workforce strategy, recruiting, retention, and talent management. Oversees full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. Builds candidate pipelines through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, college programs, networking, and online recruiting platforms. Advises managers and employees on sensitive HR matters, accommodations, investigations, and terminations while supporting organizational values and operational excellence.
