The Program Director will oversee after-school and summer programs, manage operations, facilitate activities, ensure student safety, and communicate with stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate board and executive meetings, handle confidential information, support Boston office operations, leverage AI and productivity tools, and collaborate with administrative team members.

Provides day-to-day support for metadata operations, including creating, updating, reviewing, and maintaining product information across internal systems and partner platforms. Performs data entry, quality checks, cleanup, reporting, routine FileMaker troubleshooting, discrepancy resolution, task tracking, process documentation, and special projects. Collaborates with Metadata team members and internal partners to ensure accurate, complete, and timely digital metadata delivery.

Process customer invoices and payments, monitor account balances, resolve billing disputes, review contracts and customer setup, support month-end close, prepare sales reports, conduct credit checks, and coordinate sales tax compliance. The role also collaborates with accounting and other departments while managing multiple projects and maintaining accurate records.

Build top-of-funnel pipeline for a TMS brain-stimulation system by outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, occasional in-person). Identify and qualify psychiatrists, clinic owners, and practices, book demos for sales, own full sales cycle through deposit collection, maintain CRM hygiene, and iterate outreach messaging.

The role indicates a potential for international positions in the future at The ROSTR Group but currently has no openings outside North America.

Provide front-desk administrative support including scheduling and coordinating client appointments, answering phones, and delivering quality customer service under supervision of Program Director and Office Manager.

Execute month-end close tasks, reconcile general ledger and bank accounts, prepare journal entries and accruals, support AR/AP collections, import/export financial data with the ERP, recommend process improvements, and assist with audits and cross-functional accounting issues.

Design and validate precision ball screw assemblies: create CAD models and drawings, perform engineering calculations and FEA, support prototyping and testing, investigate failures, and collaborate with manufacturing to improve producibility and performance.

Serve as Sunrun's primary regulatory complaint liaison, building relationships with oversight agencies, preventing escalations, coordinating cross-functional resolution, implementing region-specific compliance processes, and driving continuous improvement and project execution to enhance customer satisfaction and regulatory standing.
