Provide clerical and administrative support for department(s): manage purchasing and budgeting document processing, prepare and design reports, monitor and track data, complete filing and other clerical tasks, support special projects, and ensure cross-departmental compliance with processes and regulations.

Manage administration, compliance, communication, and strategy for health and welfare benefits, leave programs, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives in a unionized healthcare setting. Lead Destiny's fundraising strategy and major-gifts program, personally manage a 100–150 donor portfolio, grow individual and unrestricted revenue, oversee annual campaigns and the Gala, supervise development staff, manage Salesforce and fundraising analytics, partner with the ED and board, and build systems to diversify and sustain philanthropic support.

Manage site operations, ensuring program and fiscal compliance across grants and services.
