The HR Operations Specialist manages benefits administration, open enrollment, immigration support, I-9 and E-Verify processes, compensation data, pay analysis, recurring People programs, HR calendars, systems audits, and cross-functional projects. The role requires maintaining accurate employee data, reconciling records, supporting performance and compensation cycles, responding to employee questions, and using AI tools to improve communication, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Manage the full customer lifecycle for Fortune 500 and high-growth startup accounts, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, mitigate account risks, simplify technical concepts, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role is based in Radar’s NYC headquarters Monday through Thursday, with remote work available Fridays.

Administer an arbitration caseload under in-house counsel supervision, draft and file legal documents, prepare for hearings, track deadlines, maintain legal databases and attorney reporting, coordinate dispute resolution activities, process invoices, manage departmental mail, and support collections initiatives.

Own product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. Lead product launches, market research, competitive differentiation, customer storytelling, sales enablement, lifecycle campaign content, and adoption initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Content, and Growth teams to communicate product value and support pipeline generation. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, strong storytelling, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Provides empathetic support to students through calls, chats, texts, and emails. Handles Tier II tickets and escalations, resolves issues, uses AI-powered tools, documents feedback and product bugs, and shares insights with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, de-escalation, time management, product learning, and availability for evening or weekend shifts. It is primarily remote and customer-facing, with interactions occupying over 80% of the workday.

Own CX operations roadmap initiatives from concept through delivery, identifying opportunities for automation and AI. Build and optimize Salesforce and Intercom workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, surveys, and routing logic. Partner with Engineering, Business Systems, BI, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement to deliver cross-functional solutions, drive adoption, and manage change. Analyze CX metrics including NPS, CSAT, retention, support, and success data to provide leadership recommendations while tracking risks, dependencies, and initiative progress.

Build and operate foundational developer infrastructure across CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test platforms. Improve build speed, deployment safety, test reliability, observability, and engineering productivity at scale. Own services from architecture through production, including SLOs and on-call operations. Lead cross-functional technical projects, partner with engineering teams, mentor engineers, and shape platform strategy.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for scalable full-stack web applications and core platform services. Designs architecture, develops and deploys secure software, resolves distributed-system issues, mentors engineers, and collaborates across product and QA teams. Integrates LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, and agentic capabilities into .NET and Python systems while applying responsible AI practices. Contributes to technical documentation, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and the full software development lifecycle.

Supports product teams by managing tools, systems, workflows, documentation, and operational processes. The role assists with data collection, trend analysis, project tracking, process reviews, change management, and internal feedback loops under senior guidance. It helps improve team efficiency, visibility, consistency, and scalability across product operations.

Build and own CRM features and workflow automations supporting sales, marketing, onboarding, and support. Develop full-stack functionality using Next.js, FastAPI, Inngest, and related technologies; partner with teams to automate workflows; create agentic solutions for enrichment and task automation; and manage features from planning through monitoring and refinement. The role requires strong web development expertise, product sense, autonomy, communication, and experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks and orchestration tools.
