Provides part-time administrative and executive support for the Chicago Office and executive team. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, events, catering, mail, visitors, records, office inventory, expenditures, budgets, repairs, work orders, and executive expense reconciliation. The role also supports a safe workplace and responds to internal information requests and ad hoc needs.

Leads and develops a 10–15-person Customer Care team through coaching, performance management, quality assurance, and employee lifecycle support. Leads complex data engineering and analytics programs from initiation through delivery. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, resources, governance, and executive communications while coordinating technical and business teams. Applies traditional and agile delivery methods, supports backlog prioritization, improves delivery processes, and enables effective stakeholder decision-making. Requires strong data platform literacy across cloud platforms, pipelines, warehouses, and BI tools.

Leads an analytics engineering team responsible for scalable, governed data models, semantic layers, BI frameworks, and self-service analytics. Owns the dbt, Snowflake, and Looker ecosystem; establishes standards for data modeling, testing, documentation, metrics, and governance. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data products, present insights to executives, and deliver reliable analytics assets. Manages resources, mentors team members, drives project delivery, and ensures data quality, compliance, and consistency across reporting tools.

Conduct field-based outreach to veterinary clinics across Chicago, introduce the company’s digital platform and pilot program, engage practice decision-makers, generate clinic interest, collect contact information, coordinate follow-ups and demonstrations, maintain outreach records, gather feedback, and report progress and opportunities to the founder.

Build and own backend and full-stack systems for partner integrations and patient access. Design scalable platform capabilities for multi-state healthcare programs, convert partner requirements into reusable systems, collaborate with product, data, operations, and clinical teams, and lead projects from architecture through rollout. The role also includes shaping technical direction and mentoring engineers.

Perform outbound prospecting and account-based development to generate pipeline for enterprise creative customers. Research target accounts, execute multi-channel outreach, create personalized messaging, map stakeholders, and book qualified meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, track forecasting, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and ship production AI systems across retrieval, knowledge graphs, inference, agentic workflows, and data platforms. Develop customer-context retrieval, scored signals, evaluation and observability capabilities, and workflows that turn insights into action. Work hands-on with large and small models, durable orchestration, cloud deployment, inference-cost optimization, and high-volume observability data. Establish reusable engineering patterns, collaborate with product and platform teams, and mentor through strong technical contributions.
