Serve as the Tier 1 IT helpdesk’s first point of contact, triaging and resolving employee technology issues through Linear, Slack, email, and chat. Troubleshoot accounts, passwords, hardware, printers, mobile devices, email, and business applications. Administer Google Workspace accounts and device access, support onboarding and offboarding, provision hardware, track inventory, document resolutions, maintain knowledge base content, and escalate complex issues with complete documentation.

Lead partner sales operations by optimizing processes, workflows, CRM and partner systems, data integrity, forecasting, territory planning, quotas, compensation, governance, and reporting. Build and lead Pluralsight’s global compliance program, including the compliance framework, Code of Conduct, risk assessments, vendor due diligence, whistleblower hotline, investigations, anti-corruption controls, sanctions screening, intellectual property compliance, export controls, ECCN classification, licensing, and voluntary disclosures. Partner with HR, finance, engineering, and executives to manage regulatory, legal, and reputational risk across global operations.

Conduct generative and evaluative UX research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Partner with product managers and designers to shape product decisions, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, maintain the research repository, recruit and interview users, and communicate actionable recommendations. The role also involves independently driving research studies, contributing to research strategy, fostering a user-centric culture, and exploring analytics and AI tools to improve research workflows.

Analyzes customer demand and material requirements, issues supplier purchase orders, sends forecasts, and tracks inbound deliveries. Coordinates with suppliers and Magna plants to maintain inventory and production schedules. Participates in production meetings, analyzes operational data and trends, prepares management reports, escalates production risks, and supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Leads and develops a data engineering team supporting People Analytics and AI-assisted workforce analytics. Designs scalable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, testing frameworks, and governance practices. Remains hands-on with production code, reviews, and technical problem-solving while partnering with People Analytics, business, legal, and compliance stakeholders. Establishes engineering standards across Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, CI/CD, data quality, observability, privacy, and security.
