Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and select technical roles at a high-growth startup: build sourcing strategies, design interview processes, partner with hiring leaders and execs, use ATS and AI tools to improve hiring metrics, run senior/confidential searches, and protect candidate experience.

Supports human resources across two manufacturing locations, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, attendance, compliance, benefits, investigations, and policy administration. Maintains training and safety records, OSHA injury reports, employee communications, and HR documentation. Additional responsibilities include participating in meetings, supporting training and special projects, maintaining underwriting standards, and following compliance policies and applicable laws.

Executes, optimizes, and analyzes paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital platforms. Manages campaigns for assigned insurance products, supports budget planning, monitors performance, conducts testing, and provides data-driven recommendations. Collaborates with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to align messaging and creative with campaign objectives while communicating results to leadership.

Productionize and optimize ML systems for AI reasoning over structured data. Responsibilities include improving training and inference performance, porting workloads from CPU to GPU, building training and deployment infrastructure, developing experimentation and observability tools, and implementing new model architectures and fine-tuning methods using Python and PyTorch. The role requires strong ML research, systems engineering, software architecture, optimization, and experimental design skills.

Lead end-to-end analytics projects using proprietary and alternative datasets: ingest, clean, structure, analyze, and deliver clear visualizations and client-ready insights, building scalable SQL/Python/Snowflake workflows and improving data quality and models.

Conduct high-fidelity photogrammetry scans of actors, props, environments, materials, and textures. Process captured imagery into 3D assets, maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment, and improve scanning tools, workflows, pipelines, and studio setups. Collaborate with the Boston Motion Capture team on on-site production support. The role requires photography and camera expertise, photogrammetry experience, and proficiency with 3D modeling software.

Partner with engineering teams to drive Kotlin backend adoption: guide migrations from Java, troubleshoot integration and scaling, recommend tailored strategies, track adoption stages, identify and remove blockers, and maintain feedback loops while running workshops, demos, and outreach.

Provide cross-functional administrative support across accounting, operations, and HR. Manage records, schedules, meetings, reporting, front-desk duties, AR/AP tasks or onboarding and HR administration depending on strengths. Track action items, assist leadership with presentations and reporting, and support special projects to improve operational efficiency while maintaining professionalism with employees and customers.
