Embed with client teams to discover operational pain points and build production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, and automation. Design integrations with CRMs/ERPs, deliver end-to-end solutions, train client teams, and create reusable playbooks and components to scale AI deployments.

Provide technical leadership for SSD architecture, supplier engagement, hardware design reviews, firmware alignment, system integration and validation in Linux, root-cause analysis, production debugging, and customer/supplier technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
