Collects, verifies, assembles, and submits documentation for international import and export shipments. Reviews contracts, shipping instructions, letters of credit, certificates, and bills of lading to ensure accuracy and timely presentation to customers and banks. Coordinates with merchants, logistics, trade finance, banks, suppliers, customers, and freight providers worldwide, resolving documentation issues and providing shipment updates.

Own catalog and merchandising data quality end-to-end: monitor catalogs, resolve data issues with brands or directly in Shopify, enforce merchandising standards, audit pricing rules, maintain product structure and discoverability, and partner with Product/Engineering to fix systemic issues and document standards.

Oversee daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily community, including maintenance, rent collection, leasing, renewals, compliance, inspections, budgeting, marketing, resident retention, and staff supervision. Resolve resident concerns, manage reviews, set rents, control expenditures, and ensure occupancy and revenue goals are met. The role also requires property inspections, employee training, and adherence to Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.

Build pipeline and generate new revenue across local territories through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement. Support and increasingly own the sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Provide temporary account coverage, maintain CRM records, manage client relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, represent Axios at industry events, and develop toward independent territory ownership.
