Own and grow PEO channel partnerships to source new employer clients and expand revenue across assigned accounts. Build relationships with PEOs, run presentations and joint planning, manage pipeline and forecasts, lead opportunities to close, coordinate demos/RFPs, and drive 15%+ YoY growth in existing PEO-sourced accounts.

Serve as the technical bridge between business strategy and engineering: own backlog refinement, author detailed technical stories (including non-functional requirements), manage dependencies, run Agile ceremonies and PI planning, maintain Jira hygiene and automations, and make release go/no-go decisions to ensure on-time delivery of high-value initiatives.

Develop and execute AZAs digital strategy across social, web, and email. Create, edit, and schedule social content; monitor social listening and responses; run paid social campaigns. Serve as webmaster, manage website projects and analytics reporting; create graphics and edit video; train staff and support cross-departmental digital needs. Provide reports to leadership and support crisis monitoring.

Oversee community accounting and HR functions including AR/AP, billing, collections, payroll coordination, benefits administration, recruitment, employee records, and front desk supervision. Ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendor/resident contracts, support leadership on legal and safety matters, and mentor staff.

Own the Data Activation product roadmap end-to-end: define partner integration platform, API and integration architecture, and operational workflows. Partner with VP and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into requirements, run sprints in Jira, instrument launches, and support Customer Success and Sales to scale reliable audience activation across DSPs, SSPs, walled gardens, CTV, and retail media.

Serve as primary technical owner and business steward for the PLM system: configure and deploy PLM data models, workflows, permissions, and integrations (CAD, ERP, manufacturing, quality), migrate legacy data, maintain governance aligned to AS9100/CMMC/ITAR, create reports/dashboards, train users, and drive process improvements for MBOMs and NPI.

Design and produce digital and print marketing assets, maintain branded templates and presentation materials, support campaigns and communications, manage content for marketing and business development, ensure brand standards and proofreading, collaborate with internal teams, visit jobsites for content needs, and support broader marketing initiatives and events.

Support administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, leave). Perform data entry, audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, basic reporting/analysis, open enrollment support, vendor coordination, benefits communications, compliance documentation, and engagement campaigns.

Sell and support forensic mapping, photogrammetry, and UAS solutions to public safety agencies across a four-state territory. Perform technical demonstrations, field training, vendor assessment, and relationship development. Manage sales pipeline in CRM, attend industry events, and provide ongoing technical advisory to ensure successful adoption and implementation.

Promote Stateside Vodka and Surfside Iced Tea canned cocktails within college markets. Plan marketing calendars, use social media, coordinate with sales managers and distributors, build account relationships, track local market trends, implement point-of-sale materials, and provide regular market reports. Flexible hours and frequent travel required.
