Lead development and implementation of ergonomic, material-handling, and manufacturing solutions from concept through procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Coordinate supplier selection, manage capital budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety/ergonomic compliance, and deliver project documentation and training.

Manage semiconductor equipment products through lifecycle: define roadmaps and specs, analyze market and customer requirements, collaborate across engineering, sales, operations and marketing, coordinate forecasting and demand, and support product adoption and profitability targets.

Manage dealership finance and insurance activities, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, process and contract deals, verify lien payoffs and insurance, maintain lender mix and product pricing, assist sales team structuring deals, and maintain accurate delivery and document records.
