Card Services Specialist I supports branch card operations and customer service. Requires high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, basic reconciliation and math, proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with banking systems (Jack Henry preferred). Professionalism and ability to prepare routine reports expected.

Sell SaaS solutions into EMEA Financial Services by building territory and account plans, developing pipelines, managing opportunities in Salesforce, leading demos and negotiations with stakeholders up to C-level, and partnering with GTM, product and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and market growth.

Call on assigned accounts to meet sales and distribution targets by identifying customer needs, merchandising, maintaining inventory, entering orders via handheld device, ensuring product freshness, and building trusting customer relationships.

Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support for ScentAir fragrance systems: answer calls and emails, troubleshoot and diagnose device issues, create work instructions, open and monitor support cases, assist field technicians and sales with equipment specifications, and coordinate with internal teams to expedite parts and shipments.

Sell new and used vehicles to customers, deliver exceptional high-volume retail customer service, guide buyers through the sales process, meet performance goals, and participate in team training and development.

Lead and execute month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage revenue/WIP and AR/AP accounting, support budgeting and financial reviews, and drive process and system improvements across the organization.

Owns the relationship with an outsourced Tier 1 contact center and internal escalation team, designing processes, maintaining CX content, building dashboards and reports, triaging escalations, driving QA and BPO performance, and using data and automation to improve contact center outcomes.

Handle inbound/outbound internet, phone, text, and chat leads; build rapport; schedule high-quality sales and service appointments; follow up; maintain accurate CRM notes; coordinate with sales managers to maximize showroom visits and closes.
