Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, storage, renewals, and close-out. Improve contract processes, manage third-party relationships, coordinate legal operations, track legal spend, support compliance and governance committees, prepare performance metrics, resolve contract issues, and help implement contract management technology. The role requires collaboration with legal counsel, Finance, Security, Privacy, Quality, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Leads Revance’s enterprise business intelligence function, including the Power BI platform, BI development team, semantic layer, reporting standards, and self-service natural-language analytics. Partners with stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights. Oversees BI strategy, governance, data integrity, platform operations, project prioritization, and distributed team leadership while driving dashboard quality, adoption, and modernization.

Owns annual budgeting, recurring forecasting, operating-model maintenance, cash and runway analysis, variance reporting, KPI tracking, and board or investor materials. Partners with department leaders on headcount, spending, and vendor decisions while improving planning processes and reconciling plans with Accounting. The role requires strong financial modeling, executive communication, and business-partnering skills in a high-growth, capital-intensive environment.

Research medical and surgical product categories, analyze product and market data, and create groupings that identify interchangeable products, substitutes, and cost-saving opportunities. Document clinical equivalence and financial implications, maintain accurate category frameworks, and support operations teams and customers with category-level procurement insights.
