Own the revenue operations systems roadmap, GTM tooling architecture, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and analytics infrastructure. Advise clients, communicate performance insights, manage multiple engagements, collaborate across teams, and lead experimentation in emerging AI search technologies.

Assess ergonomic risks in client workplaces, conduct detailed analyses, and recommend improvements that reduce risks to employee health, productivity, quality, and safety. Collaborate with clients across automotive, manufacturing, and other industries, prepare reports, deliver presentations, and travel regularly between client facilities for site visits.

Oversees accounts payable and supports financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, audits, payroll backup, grant accounting, and process improvement. Develops financial policies, prepares financial statements and forecasts, manages financial risks, supports tax filings, maintains vendor relationships, and provides guidance to the finance team while ensuring GAAP, organizational policy, and grant requirement compliance.
