Post and apply daily customer payments (cash, checks, ACH, card), reconcile deposits and bank activity, research and resolve unapplied/incorrect payments, communicate with teams/customers for remittance, assist month-end activities, and escalate posting or system issues.

Own marketing technology across four SaaS brands: architect, build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation (Pardot), lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution, enrichment, and web analytics (GA4/GTM). Partner with Salesforce admins, Data Operations, and analytics contractors to ensure data quality, routing, deliverability, and measurable attribution. Manage vendors, evaluate AI tooling, and enable marketing teams with segmentation and automation best practices.

Provide legal and executive administrative support by organizing and tracking legal documents, managing signature workflows, coordinating lender and transaction document collection, assembling deal files and closing binders, managing executive calendars and communications, preparing memos and reports, and ensuring deadlines and confidentiality are met.

Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar, travel, correspondence, and meeting materials. Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities: place and track purchase orders, monitor production and shipments, review shipping documents and compliance, and manage supplier communications. Maintain records, assist invoicing and reconciliations, prepare operational and financial reports, and use Excel, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Power BI and AI tools. Identify process improvements and support administrative, logistics, and budgeting tasks.

Lead end-to-end launches in new markets: plan and run high-impact events on limited budgets, build local brand presence through partnerships and media, drive bookings and word-of-mouth, and act as Pinch's on-the-ground representative.
