Lead automation projects for design, implementation, testing, commissioning, validation support, and closeout in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Coordinate system integration, PLC and BMS/Zenon/EMS modifications and migrations, manage schedules, risks, outages, and stakeholder/vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and site procedures.

Develop social and integrated brand strategies for a sports merchandise and apparel account. Create briefs, platform-native concepts, paid social recommendations, influencer strategies, and content guidance. Own reporting across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, translating performance data into client-ready insights and creative recommendations. Manage publishing, attribution tracking, paid budgets, and creator content coordination while supporting Los Angeles events and activations.

Define and evolve Tiberius Aerospace’s visual identity across brand, digital, campaigns, product storytelling, film, photography, motion, events, and physical environments. Translate complex aerospace and defense technologies into compelling visual narratives, lead creative partners and production, direct major launches and company moments, and establish scalable creative systems and standards. Work closely with founders, executives, engineers, and product teams while building the company’s long-term in-house creative function.

Develop, program, commission, and optimize R&D test fixtures and automated systems. Integrate PLCs, SCADA/MES, HMIs, motion and vision systems. Support NPI and production ramp-up, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/control issues, document processes, and train operations teams for equipment handoff.

Supports organizational development, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and workforce initiatives. Analyzes learning and workforce data, builds dashboards and evaluation frameworks, facilitates leadership workshops, maintains learning resources, and recommends improvements. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify development needs, implement capability frameworks, support change management, and measure program effectiveness.
