Administer employee benefits, payroll, enrollments, eligibility, deductions, reconciliations, insurance invoices, 401(k) programs, workers’ compensation reporting, audits, and compliance activities. Maintain records in Paylocity and QuickBooks, resolve payroll and benefits discrepancies, prepare reports, and support employees with benefit questions and education while coordinating with vendors, carriers, Finance, Payroll, and Human Resources.

Contributes to OT cybersecurity through network segmentation, secure remote access, monitoring, and vulnerability management. Maintains standards and documentation while improving reliability, security, and operational performance across critical infrastructure environments.

Lead and execute community engagement plans for wind, solar, and storage projects. Coordinate outreach to landowners, elected officials, regulators, and NGOs; prepare materials and multimedia assets; organize meetings, hearings, open houses, and conferences; synthesize stakeholder feedback into actionable changes; collaborate with development, external affairs, environment and permitting, corporate communications, and operations teams to secure permits and social license and maintain community relationships.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for core infrastructure, virtualization, and storage offerings. Partner with engineering, customers, hardware vendors, and internal teams on architecture, RFCs, technical requirements, performance benchmarking, scalability, security, compliance, and product execution. Define KPIs, guide innovation, coordinate cross-product integration, and align technical stakeholders across cloud-native, hyperconverged, and standalone deployments.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to managers and employees, supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration. Conducts employment verifications, background checks, orientations, exit interviews, and temporary staffing processes. Tracks workforce trends, recommends performance improvements, supports negotiations and grievance hearings, and advises leadership on HR best practices and employment law. The position is hybrid Monday through Friday, with on-site attendance during probation.

Manages identity and access provisioning and de-provisioning across IAM and ancillary applications. Responsibilities include administering accounts and role-based access, resolving access incidents, supporting audits and security reviews, maintaining automation scripts with the RPA team, processing organizational transfers and banking center changes, reviewing access reports, documenting procedures, enforcing IAM policies, and training new associates.

Maintains general ledger records, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports month-end and annual close, analyzes budget variances, prepares financial reports, assists with audits, resolves accounting discrepancies, and collaborates cross-functionally on financial and process improvement initiatives.
