Runs the creative function by managing intake, prioritization, deadlines, team development, freelancers, brand governance, and cross-functional delivery. The role maintains Figma systems and component libraries, enforces brand consistency, drives AI tooling adoption, and remains hands-on for approximately 30% of tier-one work. Success means timely, consistent creative output, productive team and freelancer workflows, and freeing the EVP to focus on strategic brand direction.
