Provides hands-on technical leadership across two development teams, owning software architecture, implementation, cloud operations, production reliability, engineering quality, and technical direction. Own the implementation and configuration of Rippling, using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining compliant documentation, data handling, and decision-making practices. Partner closely with employees and managers in a growth-stage company.

Supports global supply chain and purchasing through spend analytics, dashboard development, savings validation, budgeting, standard costing, supplier master data governance, and KPI reporting. The role analyzes purchasing and market data, identifies cost-saving opportunities, standardizes reporting, leads master data cleanup, and provides strategic insights for working capital and supplier risk initiatives. It collaborates with Finance, FP&A, IT, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, plant controllers, and regional purchasing teams, presenting findings to senior management.

Own enterprise customer relationships across implementation, training, support, renewals, and expansion. Advise technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate objectives into measurable outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and drive retention. Create customer resources including guides and FAQs, relay feedback internally, advocate for customer needs, and help improve products and processes. The role is based in or requires relocation to Santa Barbara and involves in-person work.

Develop AI agents that improve productivity across HR, Finance, Product Support, Customer Service, and CAD Design. Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation models, fine-tune open-source models, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, integrate AI into existing systems, and troubleshoot and optimize model performance.
