Administer and troubleshoot VMware Cloud Foundation environments (vSphere, NSX, vSAN) including patching via SDDC Manager, VM migrations, vulnerability remediation, backups/restores, system monitoring, and documenting changes. Provide root-cause analysis, support test environments for a government customer, and brief stakeholders. Lead SPIDR system requirements, manage project initiation/tracking and IT standards, apply ASQ Black Belt methodologies to improve Sailor performance, deliver tailored training, and support career and readiness development for Navy personnel.

Manage university risk, insurance, and compliance programs including claims and policy renewals, contract review, state and federal filings (sam.gov, ORI), CORI processing, student health insurance oversight, vehicle and ERISA bond management, and administrative programs like wireless and purchasing card administration.
