Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless and cloud-connected networks. Secure infrastructure using firewalls, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and zero-trust. Administer WatchGuard firewalls, troubleshoot VPN/routing issues, and perform root-cause analysis. Operate and tune Rapid7 InsightIDR, deploy Insight Agents, ingest logs, investigate alerts, and remediate security incidents.

Lead and manage the Insights team across research design, project execution, analysis oversight, and QA. Serve as primary project lead, translate findings into actionable deliverables, oversee survey programming and data quality, coach team members, improve processes, and support client presentations and operational planning.

Manage planning, execution, and evaluation of a federally funded pilot program. Coordinate schedules, risks, milestones, and stakeholders; support Agile and change management; analyze program data; build executive reports, dashboards, and briefings; and support strategic communications to drive program decisions and implementation.

Support the hotel sales team with inquiries, leads, phone calls, and administrative tasks. Assist group, catering, and business travel clients with reservations and rooming lists. Prepare proposals, contracts, and documentation. Manage property social media, collaborate with CVBs, handle billing questions, and use Delphi/OnQ.

Develop, automate, and maintain BI reports and visualizations; manage SDLC for analytics solutions; perform data extraction, auditing, and validation; lead data stewardship, documentation, training, and cross‑departmental projects to improve data literacy and system interoperability.

Prepare and review shipping documentation (bills of lading, shop orders), select carriers, determine weights/dimensions, arrange special or export shipments, trace outgoing shipments, perform clerical and data-entry tasks, maintain shipping logs and reports, and coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal departments.
