Lead end-to-end payroll operations for US and Canada for 2,000+ employees, manage payroll team and vendors (ADP), ensure compliance, reconcile payroll accounting, drive automation, and support audits and process improvements.

Manage strategic relationships with acquirers, processors, card schemes, and payment partners. Own vendor contract negotiations, SLAs, performance monitoring, escalations, and remediation. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Use analytics to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency, and drive optimizations and roadmap alignment.

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance, recordkeeping, and employee communications. Serve as primary employee contact, partner with stakeholders to improve people processes, support performance management, DEI and engagement programs, and drive continuous improvement as the company scales in a regulated biotech environment.

Serve as primary marketing lead for the Phoenix site: coordinate campaigns across print/digital/signage, support PR, plan events and trade shows, manage social media calendars, oversee creative assets and collateral, assist with budgets, media plans and supplier RFQs.
