The Senior Backend Engineer will maintain a PHP-based payment platform, migrate to Rust, troubleshoot production systems, and contribute to code quality and deployment cycles.

Design and maintain industry-aligned curricula and program models for multiple learning tracks. Partner with coaches, operations, and external content providers to build scalable, learner-centered resources. Use data and learner feedback to iterate content, train coaches, run experiments to improve engagement, retention, and career outcomes.

Build and own customer-facing web experiences, internal apps/automations, and AI agents to drive marketing and sales conversion. Own marketing analytics, attribution, and journey reporting by building on a central data platform and partnering with RevOps to enable fast testing and conversational BI.

Provide analytical and operational support for global agriculture reinsurance: compile submissions and exposures, assist pricing and hedging analyses, monitor LRP/DRP and commodity markets, track/options trading and hedging positions, maintain submission and hedge records, prepare reports, and support cross-functional stakeholders including underwriting, actuarial, finance, claims, and brokers.

Assist the Office Manager by coordinating appointments and staff schedules, supervising and training office personnel, maintaining internal accounting controls, monitoring accounts receivable, hiring/training staff, and performing miscellaneous administrative duties as requested.

Manage daily data entry, generate and review nutrition program reports, process vendor billing and invoice reconciliation, assist grant expenditure tracking, run database reports, handle client follow-up and vendor communications, and provide administrative support to the Nutrition Director.

Provide general legal counsel for Driscoll Health System including litigation, regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid, Stark, anti-kickback), billing and revenue cycle disputes, drafting legal documents, managing e-discovery, coordinating with outside counsel, conducting internal investigations, and supporting provider enrollment and compliance policies.

Provides advanced Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, cloud systems, and endpoint security. Escalates complex issues, administers enterprise systems, investigates security alerts, maintains documentation and IT assets, supports infrastructure upgrades and new-site deployments, and coordinates with vendors. The role is primarily based in Brooklyn with travel to other New York campuses and occasional after-hours support.

Design and document HPDC fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing aids. Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings (GD&T, materials, welds). Support prototyping, shop trials, cell layouts, and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, ergonomics, and manufacturability. Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with plant standards and HSE requirements.

Manage full accounts payable function and support accounts receivable, grant billing, and month-end close. Process invoices, reconcile subledgers to the GL, maintain vendor records, prepare grant billings and 1099s, support audits and compliance, and serve as backup for cash transactions while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
