Prepares, reviews, revises, and coordinates contracts, amendments, and agreements. Tracks contract lifecycles, verifies contractor eligibility and compliance, monitors performance, and identifies issues. The role works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, executable, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Candidates must reside in North Carolina and be able to travel within the assigned catchment area as needed.

Trains HR contacts and managers, maintains payroll forms and webpages, processes manual checks, supports direct deposit, handles employment verifications, and communicates payroll and leave policies. Collaborates with accounting and shared-services partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.

Supports wastewater Consent Decree compliance programs by tracking Sanitary Sewer Overflows, coordinating multidisciplinary workflows, monitoring regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance records and databases, analyzing data, preparing technical reports and regulatory submissions, communicating with clients, and identifying delays or process improvements.

Build, test, maintain, and ship software features for Buildertrend’s construction management platform. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA; participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies; troubleshoot issues with mentorship; and use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude. The internship is full-time and onsite in Omaha during the summer, with opportunities to gain practical software engineering experience.

Conduct workers’ compensation, general liability, and professional liability insurance audits by analyzing payroll, tax, and accounting records. Determine premium bases, verify insurance classification codes, apply state manual rules, complete Excel audit worksheets, enter findings into databases, communicate with policyholders, and resolve audit disputes. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the San Antonio office.

Maintains accurate, consistent data across Microsoft Dynamics and other company systems. Performs data entry, QA/QC audits, discrepancy resolution, duplicate record cleanup, data governance, documentation, and process improvement. Serves as the organization-wide contact for data entry needs and collaborates with multiple departments to establish standards, improve workflows, and support reliable reporting and operations.

Resolve customer technical issues within SLA, troubleshoot web applications and data-related problems, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with R&D, Product, Customer Success, and Medical teams on complex escalations. Improve support processes, document solutions in the knowledge base, and contribute to troubleshooting methodologies. The role requires SQL and data analysis expertise, customer-facing communication, project management, and preferably programming and healthcare industry experience.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack software across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. Develop APIs, services, and data-intensive applications; contribute to architecture; manage CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, logging, and observability; troubleshoot system-wide issues; own complex features through production; and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Supports organizational development and talent initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, training, change management, succession planning, and workforce readiness. Analyzes workforce data using Power BI and Smartsheet, creates dashboards and reports, administers assessments and engagement surveys, coordinates compliance training, and conducts skills mapping and gap analyses. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to support talent management, upskilling, reskilling, and organizational effectiveness programs.
