Manage all accounting, finance, and payroll for DFI and related entities. Lead ERP and financial systems administration, produce financial statements and reports, oversee close processes, develop internal controls, support audits, partner with operations on performance and risk, coordinate external advisors, and drive automation and process improvements to improve reporting and cash flow.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for editorial systems and user-facing content experiences. Partner with editorial, engineering, and design to define requirements, improve CMS and publishing workflows, launch experiments to boost engagement, and measure content performance. Use qualitative and quantitative insights and AI tools to prioritize and iterate on content platforms and newsfeed experiences at scale.

Lead content strategy and knowledge management across client and internal workstreams. Establish governance, information architecture, and reusable content libraries; improve findability, quality, accessibility, and analytics. Oversee content operations, intake, review workflows, and mentor writers while advising stakeholders and promoting responsible AI use to increase reuse and operational efficiency.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Alternatives in the Community program: answer phones, manage files and client logs, conduct client intakes, maintain client records and CDCS entries, operate office technology, assist with interns, and coordinate clients in probation-related programs.

Assists the department with assigned projects and general administrative duties. Uses MS Office and basic office equipment, communicates professionally, leads and collaborates, manages multiple assignments, and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
