Provides coaching, workload management, performance feedback, training documentation, and cross-functional coordination with transportation, warehouse, procurement, and senior leadership.

Leads public relations strategy for consumer technology product launches and thought-leadership initiatives. Responsibilities include developing messaging, building media relationships, managing product seeding and reviews, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, preparing media materials, and measuring performance through coverage, sentiment, impressions, share of voice, message pull-through, and AI visibility metrics.
