The role oversees bids, proposals, partnerships, and geospatial project delivery while advancing GIS, ArcGIS, AI, automation, digital twins, spatial analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across infrastructure and engineering projects.

Owns Oscilar’s commercial vendor-partner ecosystem across AML, sanctions, PEP, KYB, and KYC categories. Responsibilities include building a proactive vendor bench, conducting commercial diligence, negotiating pricing and contracts, structuring resale packages, managing live partner relationships, supporting sales deals, and coordinating with Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales. The role establishes repeatable vendor intake and evaluation processes while advising on vendor capabilities, integration timelines, margins, SLAs, renewals, and customer escalations.

Leads industrial engineering for new plant setup, capacity planning, line balancing, process optimization, MES/SFCS implementation, Lean and automation integration, and cross-regional manufacturing standardization. Oversees OEE, budgeting, staffing, technical roadmaps, quality reviews, continuous improvement, and engineering team leadership. Requires extensive large-scale manufacturing experience, greenfield plant setup or global operations expertise, and strong cross-functional and cross-cultural leadership.

Provide onsite IT support for pharmaceutical laboratory infrastructure, scientific applications, instrument workstations, and peripherals. Configure and troubleshoot Chromeleon CDS, HPLC integrations, laboratory PCs, networks, LIMS, and ELN workflows. Build and own Dexory’s company-wide data foundation, integrating operational, product, commercial, contractual, and telemetry data. Define trusted data models, business metrics, SLAs, and KPIs; establish secure queryable datasets and AI-assisted natural-language access. Own pipeline health, data quality, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions while partnering with engineering teams. As the founding data hire, set standards, deliver early value, and help recruit and lead the future data function.
