The Policy Analyst will support PM Soldier Survivability by executing policy tasks, coordinating with multiple agencies, and developing logistics documentation while providing senior-level expertise in life cycle logistics management.

Provide administrative support for Global Reach short-term missions: process contributions, track funds and expenses, respond to inquiries, plan events and mission logistics, assist communications and social media, create basic graphics, update web content, and support volunteers and office operations.

Support systems engineering and safety for the Automated Driving Kit (ADK) and vehicle integration by developing and maintaining requirements, MBSE models, interfaces, and traceability; integrate functional safety, SOTIF, and cybersecurity considerations; coordinate with suppliers and verification teams; define verification methods and evidence for safe deployment.

Own end-to-end accounting and finance for the company: monthly close, billing, project accounting, forecasting, pricing support, government contract compliance and audit readiness, payroll/benefits coordination, tax and banking relationships, and controls/automation to shorten close and improve project-level profitability insights.

Provide transactional legal services in commercial transactions, real estate, business law and community association matters. Conduct legal research, draft documents, meet clients, manage files and deadlines, use office technology, complete administrative tasks, and travel in-state as needed.

Support Sales Consultants by managing orders from placement to delivery, coordinating samples and vendors, tracking inventory and sales trends, preparing client materials, handling fulfillment, and delivering professional customer service while meeting tight deadlines and improving processes.

Partner with leaders to manage full-cycle recruiting across sales, customer service, and other departments. Own active sourcing, candidate assessment, interview process design, and long-term hiring strategy. Use data to refine approaches and ensure positive candidate experiences.
